Included in this update:
This update primarily streamlined the user experience and fixed minor bugs. However, there were some new additions:
- Ability to review unassigned training on the User Profile and Edit Assignments pages
- Optimized manual assignment process
- Add custom email options on training matrix uploader

How This Update Affects You…
For Administrator types and Owners:
- Ability to review unassigned training on the User Profile and Edit Assignments pages
- You may now review any unassigned training on a user’s profile page, or for the account as a whole on the Edit Assignments page. Unassignment information is toggled through a button now available in the information grid for the respective pages.
- Optimized manual assignment process
- The “Next” button is now hidden until a selection has been made on both the Users and Courses pages.
- Add custom email options on training matrix uploader
- You now have the ability to enter a custom email address for the email notification when uploading a training matrix. Previously, only the Owner’s email was allowed.
For Learners:
- The learner experience did not change with this update.
What Changed?
While this update primarily enhanced the overall experience through streamlined processes and fixed minor bugs, there were some additions. For instance, administrators now have the ability to review unassigned training on the User Profile and Edit Assignments pages. Previously, this information could only be accessed by contacting SafetySkills.
Additionally, the manual assignment process has been optimized by removing unnecessary buttons from the Users and Courses pages. Now, the green “Next” button will only display once a selection has been made. On the training matrix uploader, the ability to enter a custom email for the notification email is now possible. Previously, only the Owner’s email address was able to receive a notification.
