Recommended Technical Requirements
Operating System:
- Windows 10 or above
- Mac OS X or with a supported version of a Firefox or Chrome browser
Hardware:
- Dual core processor or better
- 2GB Ram (per user)
- Sound Card
- Head Phones or Speakers
Internet Connection
- DSL or Cable Modem
- Minimum connection speed of 10 Mbps (Download and Upload) for viewing courses
Browser:
- Internet Explorer 11.0 or better
- Edge 18 or better
- Firefox: 63 or better
- Chrome: 70 or better
- Safari: 12 or better
- JavaScript and cookies, including 3rd party cookies, must be enabled
Plug-ins (For HTML5 courses):
- None required
Minimum Technical Requirements
In order for the course to function correctly, the client must meet the following technical specifications:
Operating System:
- Windows 7
- Mac OS X or with a supported version of a Firefox or Chrome browser
Hardware:
- 2 GHz single core processor or better
- 2GB Ram (per user)
- Sound Card
- Head Phones or Speakers
Internet Connection:
- DSL or Cable Modem
- Minimum connection speed of 5 Mbps (Download and Upload) for viewing courses.
Browser (for HTML5 mobile compatible courses):
- Internet Explorer: 11.0 or better
- Firefox: 55 or better
- Chrome: 63 or better
- Safari: 12 or better
- JavaScript and cookies, including 3rd party cookies, must be enabled
Plug-ins (For HTML5 courses):
- None required
Some clients are able to access training using a VPN, but our Customer Care team has discovered that they can cause issues with loading since it provides an additional layer of communication, which can slow things down or block calls. We do recommend launching training outside of the VPN, if at all possible.
