How This Update Affects You…

For Owners, Super Administrators and Administrators

  1. Ability to create a new user type, the Report Administrator:
    • You can now create an administrator that only has access to run reports for the groups they manage and take training.
  2. Ability to select more comprehensive dates when filtering data in tables:
    • You can now choose more options, such as Last Year and Last Week, when filtering by the column headers for any date column in the tables on your Edit Assignments and Reports tabs of the LMS.
    • This feature also allows you to filter by multiple dates within the same report.
  3. Ability to send a scheduled, emailed report to multiple users:
    • When scheduling a report to be emailed from the LMS, you now have the option to send the report to other email addresses. After you have created the report, you may enter up to 50 additional email addresses to send the report to.
  4. New look for scheduled emailed reports:
    • Now, scheduled emailed reports will be available to download in .csv or .xlsx format, instead of populating within the email body.
    • This allows for smaller email size and easier transfer to data management software, such as Excel.
  5. Ability to review a full course before assigning it:
    • For EnterprisePro, Enterprise Pay-As-You-Train and Licensing accounts, you may now fully review a course without assigning it by viewing the demo from the Courses tab.

For Learners:

  • The learner experience will not be affected in the 10.5 version update.
