This message (pictured below) can occur at any point in the training, but can also be worded as “Invalid File Path” or “Course could not be decoded”. If you are experiencing any of these errors, please see below for a few options to help you resolve them and continue with your training:
Option 1: Clearing Cache
Clearing your browser cache is always a good first step with any sort of issue on your internet browser. You can learn how to clear cache on your computer by following our instructions here. Depending on your company’s security settings, you may need to reach out to your local IT Department for assistance. They will be able to assist you in updating your browser as well, if needed.
Option 2: Utilize “InPrivate Browsing”
Additionally, we recommend using InPrivate browsing on Internet Explorer. To do this, please right-click on the Internet Explorer icon and select “Start InPrivate Browsing.” This will open a new window, allowing you to log in again and begin your training.
Option 3: Utilize an alternate internet browser, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
This error only appears in Internet Explorer or Edge. If you can, launch your training using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to avoid this error.
